Waterproofing service serving Southern California

AR Shower Pans is a family owned hot mop waterproofing company serving contractors and homeowners across Southern California. With 23 years in the industry, we have built our reputation one shower pan at a time, doing the work right and standing behind every job we complete.

We specialize in hot mop shower pans, the proven waterproofing method that tile setters and general contractors rely on to protect bathroom floors from moisture damage. Hot mopping is a skilled trade, and we bring focused expertise to every project rather than spreading ourselves thin across unrelated services.

What sets us apart is how we work with the people who call us. We are not just a vendor. We are a partner. Building long-term relationships with contractors is at the heart of how we operate. When you call AR Shower Pans, you reach a team that knows your trade, respects your schedule, and shows up ready to work.

We are licensed and insured, so contractors can add us to their projects with confidence. Being a local, family owned business means we have a direct stake in the quality of every job. Our name is on the work, and that matters to us.

We serve a wide stretch of Southern California, including Riverside, Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Canyon Lake, Fallbrook, Carlsbad, San Diego, Ontario, Yorba Linda, Whittier, La Mirada, and Orange County. Whether you are working on a single bathroom remodel or managing multiple job sites, we are ready to coordinate with your crew.

Our office hours run Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but we answer calls every day of the week. We know construction timelines do not always fall between nine and five, and we are here when you need us.
